While the bar may present a friendly façade, what I encountered behind its entrance was shocking and unacceptable on multiple levels .

From the moment I stepped inside , it was apparent that upkeep was not a priority at this establishment . The floors were sticky , and a nauseating aroma of decaying beverages and uncleaned toilets polluted the entire venue . With a smell of a mixture of human waste, old age and illness . The counter , which should be the focal point of any pub, was cluttered with dirty glasses and debris that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks . The bathroom was in even worse condition —overflowing , with a cracked flush mechanism and walls stained in what I can only assume was fecal matter .
